These terms cover your use of the kamir.app website: the page you're on now, the demo widget, and the waitlist and contact forms. Kamir the product hasn't launched yet, so there's no separate service agreement in effect: once it does, a dedicated terms of service will apply to it, and we'll link to it from here.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse kamir.app and use the waitlist and contact forms for their intended purpose. Please don't scrape, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false or malicious information through its forms.

The demo

The phone widget on the homepage is an illustration of how Kamir is intended to work: it's a scripted demo, not a live simulation, and its numbers, timing, and outcomes are for demonstration only. It isn't a guarantee of how the finished product will behave.

Joining the waitlist

Submitting your email doesn't create a contract, subscription, or any obligation on either side. It just lets us email you about Kamir's launch. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing privacy@kamir.app.

Intellectual property

The Kamir name, logo, and the content on this site belong to Kamir. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without asking first.

Third-party services

This site relies on a few third parties to run: Formspree to handle form submissions, Cloudflare to host it, and Google Fonts to serve typefaces. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle requests made to them.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kamir isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability where that isn't legally permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
